Most of our orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. If your tracking number is marked as "delivered," but you cannot find your package on your doorstep, porch, or mailbox, please allow up to 5 business days for the item to arrive.

USPS personnel often mark packages as "delivered" hours or days before the packages arrive, especially during peak seasons, such as Christmas and summer. They do this to maintain their internal delivery metrics.

If you have not received your order after 5 business days, please let us know. We'll either provide a refund, or send an additional shipment.

We do not have additional information about the status of any delivery outside of its tracking number.
