Yes! We offer exchanges. Here's how they work:

1. You'll email us at requesting an exchange

2. You'll create a return label through our return portal here

3. You'll place the old product back in the mail and email us once it has been dropped off

4. We'll refund your old order in full

5. You'll place a new order for the correct item

6. We'll fulfill the new order and ship you the correct product

Because all our items are produced on-demand, our exchange process is a little bit different and more time-consuming than most. Your order is made for you, so we do not have a different finished product on hand that we can ship immediately. That is why you'll have to place an additional order.
