If you notice an issue with your tracking number, please reach out and let us know. In some rare cases, an order's tracking number will not have been updated for some time. If this is the case, we'll be happy to issue a refund for your order after 2 weeks have passed without an update.


If the tracking number indicates a return to sender form was file, we can grant a full refund. If the package is still in transit to its intended destination, we cannot issue a refund unless the product is returned to our facility or is updated to return to sender status.
