We offer a 30-day return policy for all items ordered from FanBrander.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and take up to 10 additional business days to process back to your bank account. The 30 days takes effect beginning the day your order is delivered according to its tracking number.

Returned items must be in original condition and include all packaging and components. Damaged, used, or incomplete products will not be refunded.

Except for instances of non-delivery or significant shipping delays, all shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
