When will my order ship?

If you ordered from, you can expect your order to ship in 1-2 business days after it is received. While our goal is to ship all orders 1 day after they are received, we cannot always guarantee this during peak seasons. We are closed on weekends and major US holidays.

My order is in "pre-shipment," or says "shipment information sent," what does that mean?

This package status means tracking information has been sent to the carrier, but they have yet to receive it or have not scanned it. It usually means your order is currently in production. The status is normally updated to "shipped" 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Where does my product ship from?

All of our products ship from our own production facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. We do not drop-ship any products from our suppliers. All customization is done in-house.

Which package carrier do you use for shipments?

All standard priority orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. For orders placed with priority shipping, we use FedEx 2day. In special cases, such as PO boxes, international mail, or bulk orders, we may use USPS Priority mail, USPS international mail, or FedEx Ground.

My order has been lost in-transit, what should I do?

This problem can occur on rare occasions and is usually the result of a bad address or forwarding mistake. If you notice an issue with your tracking number, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking information so we can take a look. If the information indicates a return to sender form was filed, we can grant an immediate refund. However, if the package is still in transit to its intended destination, we cannot issue an immediate refund. We can grant this refund as soon as the package is in return-to-sender status.
